Undergraduate Minor in Print and Digital Publishing

SFU's Undergraduate Minor in Publishing comprises a broad range of courses that provide a solid introduction to the often asked, “what is publishing?”. From the more well-known parts of this fascinating industry such as books, design, editing, and marketing to deeper explorations of the history of magazines, institutional biases and spaces for change, podcasting, and entrepreneurship, the minor provides skills and critical analysis that transfer across disciplines and careers. For some, the minor provides the opportunity to move on to the Master of Publishing program.
